01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "786bt", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of the 786bt platform at https://786bt.io.
• "Player", "you", and "your" refer to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the 786bt platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on the 786bt platform.
• "Platform" refers to the 786bt website, any associated mobile interface, and all games, betting markets, and services made available through those interfaces.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to BDT funds deposited by the Player and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spins credit equivalents, or matched deposit bonuses credited by 786bt subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 786bt prior to processing withdrawals.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency used on the 786bt platform, denoted by the symbol ৳.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 786bt platform or creating an Account, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.
• You have also read and agree to 786bt's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal recreational use only.
• You acknowledge that online betting and casino gaming involves financial risk and that you may lose money.

03 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the 786bt platform. This age restriction is strictly enforced. 786bt prohibits access by any individual under the age of 21 and will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling, including requesting documentary proof of age at registration or at any subsequent point.

3.2 Geographic Access

786bt is designed and operated primarily for players based in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 786bt makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available in any jurisdiction other than those it serves.

3.3 Registration Information

When creating an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and any other details requested by 786bt. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

3.4 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one Account on the 786bt platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. 786bt reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to void any transactions or winnings associated with them.

3.5 Account Verification (KYC)

786bt reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a national identity card, passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or closure of the Account. KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed.

04 Account Management

4.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility. 786bt will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.2 Account Suspension & Closure

786bt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without notice if we reasonably believe that: (a) the Account holder has violated these Terms; (b) fraudulent or dishonest activity has occurred; (c) the Account holder is using the Platform for any unlawful purpose; or (d) maintaining the Account would expose 786bt to reputational, financial, or legal risk. In cases of confirmed fraud, any balance in the Account may be forfeited.

4.3 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting 786bt support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be refunded via your original deposit method, subject to KYC verification and standard withdrawal processing times.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 786bt reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month to inactive accounts after this period, deducted from any remaining Real Money Balance, until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the player.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

786bt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any time. 786bt does not accept cash, cryptocurrency other than USDT, or payments from third-party accounts not registered in the player's own name.

5.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher transaction limits. Details of current limits are available within the Account dashboard.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the player's Account balance within five (5) minutes of a confirmed transaction. USDT deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations, which typically takes between ten (10) and thirty (30) minutes depending on network conditions. 786bt does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within twenty-four (24) hours during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. 786bt reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed while a Bonus Balance with an incomplete wagering requirement is active on the Account.

5.5 Currency

All Account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on the 786bt platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳), with the exception of USDT transactions, which are converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction as determined by 786bt.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

786bt offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion as published on the 786bt platform, and to these general bonus terms where those specific terms do not contradict them.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Balances are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering is tracked within the player's Account dashboard. Only real-money wagers on eligible games contribute towards wagering requirements; free-to-play rounds, voided bets, and certain game categories may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

786bt takes bonus abuse seriously. The following actions are considered bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, as well as potential permanent Account suspension: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using low-variance betting strategies (such as placing near-equal bets on both sides of a market) to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk; and colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Balances that are not wagered through within the time period specified in the relevant promotion's terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Account. 786bt is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms published at the time the bonus was credited.

6.5 Welcome Bonus

New players at 786bt may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit, subject to the specific welcome offer terms in effect at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to new players only; each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once. Eligibility may be subject to minimum deposit amount and initial deposit method restrictions.

07 Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the 786bt platform are sourced from certified, internationally recognised game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Hacksaw Gaming. Each provider's titles are independently audited for RNG (Random Number Generator) fairness and correct payout percentages. 786bt does not modify game outcomes.

7.2 Minimum & Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are determined by the game provider for each individual game and are displayed within the game interface. 786bt does not set or override these limits. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable stake limits before placing a bet.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 786bt's server-side records shall be the definitive record of all game outcomes. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect payout, 786bt reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's Real Money Balance. 786bt is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

7.4 Sports Betting

786bt offers pre-match and live in-play sports betting markets covering cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey. All sportsbook bets are settled according to official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. 786bt reserves the right to void, suspend, or delay settlement of any market where the integrity of the event is in question or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 786bt platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or live dealer games.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after funds have been used for wagering.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 786bt platform — including but not limited to the 786bt brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software architecture, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of 786bt or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of 786bt.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 786bt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

786bt's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

786bt does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on their own devices.

11 Privacy & Data

786bt collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at https://786bt.io/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services solely for the purpose of operating the Platform and complying with applicable law.

786bt uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between the Platform and your device. All passwords are stored in hashed form. 786bt employs OTP-based verification for deposit and withdrawal transactions to provide an additional layer of account security.

12 Responsible Gaming

786bt is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take this seriously. 13 Amendments to These Terms

786bt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, 786bt will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by displaying a notification within the Platform or sending an email to the address registered on the Account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as set out in Section 4.3.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 786bt platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting 786bt support at [email protected]. 786bt will endeavour to respond to all disputes within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. Each party shall bear their own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. Class action claims and multi-party proceedings are expressly excluded.

Nothing in this clause prevents 786bt from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property, prevent fraud, or enforce payment obligations.
